Our Technology
Our advanced polymer compounds offer optimal glide with the least amount of surface friction and skate blade wear. Our patented, "Pro-Glide Infused" Technology and "Grip-Lock" dovetailed synthetic ice panels can be installed virtually anyplace, anywhere or anytime! Start a project for your business or convert any space into an ice rink in a matter of minutes.
Solid Core Construction
All PolyGlide Synthetic Ice Panels are built of a one piece, solid-core construction and can be skated on both sides. Panel thickness is consistent throughout and are profiled to lay virtually seamlessly (no injection-molding). Panel density is ideal for skating and long term blade life with the least amount of surface wear friction to allow for longer training and skating sessions.

Unlike real ice that is cold, PolyGlide Synthetic ice is room temperature with an added friction of about 10% more than natural ice. This will cause your skate blade edge to wear slightly faster but will not damage your blade profile (shape).
PolyGlide Ice can be installed in any location indoors or outdoors that has a hard, flat surface such as concrete, wood decking, or pavement.
PolyGlide Ice offers the most natural ice feel with the least amount of skate blade wear and surface friction. It's the ideal home ice simulator for skaters looking to improve their skills while away from the rink.
Our glide-infused surfaces need to be kept clean with any PH neutral soap between uses to maintain optimal glide and performance. A cover or tarp is recommended for outdoor rinks when not in use.
Our solid core, double-sided panels are strong enough to hold the weight of a vehicle but provisions should be made to protect the surface from dirt and debris from accumulating on the surface.
